If you would like to return your item we have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return, and a further 7 days to lodge the return of your parcel with a postage provider once your return has been approved by Stone. Cold. Fox.. Returns MUST be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product, we do not accept returns outside of this window.
Returns are assessed and accepted in line with Australian Consumer Law.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not Australia, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.
Condition
All items are sold "as is" and should be regarded as pre-loved, with a previous life, including signs of use. All items will be described as accurately as possible, please also refer to the photographs and/ or video within the listings as they form part of the description. Please check all dimensions prior to purchase. We welcome any questions prior to purchase - this is the best way to avoid a return!
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as intimate apparel or masks). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, clearance items, custom items, or gift cards/ vouchers.
Liability
Stone. Cold. Fox. won’t be held liable for the loss or misplacement of items being returned. We recommend using tracked postage, and providing us with tracking details once the item is lodged.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund - unfortunately this is out of our control.
European Union 3 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If more than 7 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return but you believe you may still be entitled to one, please contact us at stone.cold.fox.vintage@gmail.com.
