Shipping policy
ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 5 days to process your order. Expect an email within 5 days with tracking details to let you know your order is on the way!
STORE PICKUP:
Orders can be picked up by prior arrangement, please do not attend without an agreed upon appointment. We can be contacted through the website, or via email at stone.cold.fox.vintage@gmail.com. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup, it will include the pick up address and instructions on where to go on arrival.
LOCAL DELIVERY & FREIGHT SERVICES:
We offer local delivery on certain items, by request. Please contact us to inquire about delivery options, timing and rates.
Please contact us to inquire about deliveries further afield for items which aren’t suitable for postage. We are happy to organise freight quotes for you, or to work with your preferred vendor.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
Orders are generally shipped within 5 days using Australia Post. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout using Australia Post’s current rates based on size and weight. We endeavour to use reclaimed packaging wherever possible.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We offer international shipping to the following countries: New Zealand, United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland. Shipping is based on size and weight and is automatically calculated at checkout using current Australia Post rates.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Stone. Cold. Fox. is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
